Stefan Zuschke (Chairman of the Board)

Stefan Zuschke joined BC Partners in 1993 and since 2008 he is a Managing Partner of the Firm, heading the German office in Hamburg and being responsible for Investments in the German speaking countries and some selective Eastern European countries. Since joining BC, he has worked on 12 investments, including the exit of 9 of them. Most of them are in Germany, plus one each in Austria, Finland, Spain and Norway. He currently is on the board of Brenntag, SGB and Nille. Before joining BC Partners, he worked for a German buy-out firm, Equimark, in Munich for three years, which adds up to more than 21 years in Private Equity. He has degrees in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Reutlingen (Germany) and Universidad Pontificia Comillas Madrid (Spain).

Hege Holter Brekke (Board member)

Hege Holter Brekke is Senior Vice President in TINE SA- Norway's leading dairy company, responsible for marketing. She was appointed in January 2007. Hege has a Master in Management from the Norwegian School of Management and began her career as a management consultant with McKinsey&Company before entering Orkla (the main company of branded consumer goods in Norway), and later TINE. She has 15 years of experience working with fast moving consumer goods within the fields of marketing and innovation management.

Sven-Olof Kuhldorf (Board member)

Sven-Olof Kuhldorf is a civil engineer with a specialization in Industrial Economics. He has worked for 27 years at IKEA, including 7 years as Head of Retail Operations in The Netherlands and 9 years as Vice-President Sourcing for IKEA worldwide. He was Deputy CEO at ICA AB for 3 years with the responsibility for Category Management, sourcing and the supply chain. Since 2007 Sven has been working as a professional Board member, investor and advisor. He is among other things a Board member at Bergendahl Food and co-owner and Rusta (Sweden).

Joachim Ogland (Board member)

Joachim Ogland is a Partner at BC Partners and is responsible for investments in the Nordic region. Since joining BC Partners 8 years ago, he has worked on seven investments, of which two are in Sweden and one in Norway, and has been in private equity for more than 10 years. He is currently on the boards of Nille and Com Hem, and has in the past been on the boards of Teknon, Dometic and Foxtons. He has a Bachelor in Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Harvard Business School. Prior to BC Partners, Joachim worked in private equity at Morgan Stanley and for two years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Co. in Oslo.

Bent Fuglesang (Board member)

Bent has a Master of Science in Business (Siviløkonom) from the Aarhus School of Business, Denmark. He was overall responsible for all food businesses of Orkla, Orkla Foods AS from 1986 – 2000. As CEO of Orkla Foods he was a member of numerous Boards such as Ringnes AS, Pripps Ringnes AB, Procordia Food AB, Stabburet AS, Frionor AS - and later Orkla Foods AS. He was a member of the Board of the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) as well as the Working Committee of the same organization. He was part of the Bio-Technology and Processing Committee of the Research Council of Norway (Forskningsrådet). Bent was Chairman of the Board and is an Honorary Lifetime Member of the Grocery Manufacturers of Norway (DLF). He was Chairman of the Board of Brødrene Dahl as well as a Board member at Tor Andenæs AS (real estate development) and Fjord Seafood ASA. Bent was from 1973 – 1986 part of the team developing Einar Staff Engros AS and Favør Holding AS to be one of the largest and leading corporations within the Norwegian grocery business. He was Chairman of the Board of Nipa Holding AS from 2006-2011. Currently he is Chairman of the Board of various companies such as Estrella Maarud AS and Validus AS and a member of the Board of Nille.

Jan Kengelbach (Board member)

Jan joined BC Partners in London in 2010. Previously, Jan spent three and a half years at AlixPartners working as a financial restructuring and operational turnaround advisor. Prior to this, he worked as the managing director of the Byrd Hoffman Water Mill Foundation in New York, as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Co. in Munich, and an intern with Goldman Sachs' in the mergers and acquisitions division in London.
